Here, John uses the time-honored nick-name for the Temple, The Place. The Greek, shown below, reads literally like this ‘..and they will come the Romans and will take away (of us or ours) both the place and the nation.’
...καὶ ἐλεύσονται οἱ Ῥωμαῖοι καὶ ἀροῦσιν ἡμῶν καὶ τὸν τόπον καὶ τὸ ἔθνος.
